ENROLLMENT!
All Full-Time Associates,
Our new plan year begins January 1. Our medical coverage will continue through Aetna. Dental and vision will be through Guardian.
We will continue to ofer consumer-driven health plans (CDHP) in 2019. Below are several other items of note:
Enrollment: Online enrollment for all full-time associates will take place through Workforce Now. When you log into Workforce
Now, click on the enrollment link splash page.
NEW BeneitLink: Through this app you have access to your beneit information at the tip of your ingers!
Compass: We will continue to ofer a no-cost, robust transparency tool to all full-time associates (not just those on Busey’s
insurance plan) as well as to Busey spouses, dependents, parents, and parents-in-law. Compass empowers you with better
information and smarter alternatives that save time, money, and frustration.
VOYA Worksite Beneits: Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Critical Illness plans will continue to be ofered through VOYA.
You have the option to purchase the type of coverage that works best for you and your family.
Health Savings Account (HSA): This tax-advantaged savings account allows you to deposit and grow dollars toward your
healthcare needs, which can quickly make it a signiicant and portable personal inancial beneit.
B Well: This program helps you make positive lifestyle changes through exciting challenges/activities, coaching opportunities,
and educational programs. By taking advantage of these complimentary oferings, as well as lifesaving
screenings and lu shots, B Well helps you enhance your overall wellbeing while putting money in your pockets
through HSA or cash incentives, premium diferential, and other wellness-related prizes.
LifeLock: More favorably priced than if you purchase it on your own, LifeLock will help you and your family
guard against identity theft.
NEW Pet Beneit Solutions Pet Insurance: Through the Pet Assure and Pet Plus options, you’ll save on veterinarian visits
and services at in-network providers as well as pet prescriptions and products purchased online at www.petbeneits.com .
NEW ARAG Legal Advisory Services: This service is ofered to help you navigate legal proceedings should you need
assistance for items such as will and estate planning, minor traic tickets, document preparation and review, and much more.
