2018–19 BENEFITS ENROLLMENT
If you do not achieve at least Silver status by December 31, 2018, you are
encouraged to continue to work toward Silver or Gold status assuming there
are no changes to the 2019–20 plan year.
If you are hired in late December 2018 through April 2019 you are encouraged
to achieve Silver or Gold status assuming there are no changes to the 2019–20
plan year.
Please be aware that it may take Go365 several weeks to update your status.
The chart below outlines the number of points required to achieve a status of
Silver, Gold, or Platinum.

* All points may be achieved by the employee or any combination of covered family
