Blue Care Connection

Blue Care Connection (BCC) is available to BCBSTX members at no
extra cost. All BCC services are provided by licensed health professionals
located in the United States.

If you are a BCBSTX member and receive a call from Blue Care
Connection, it is not a sales call. BCC is calling to help you better manage
your health. Registered nurses and health professionals are available to
support you and your covered family members with the following.

X Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, asthma, heart disease,
back pain, and more

X Losing weight or quitting tobacco
X Getting the care needed for injuries or other serious illnesses

X Having a healthy pregnancy and baby

To protect your privacy, when BCC calls they will ask you for general
information such as your name, date of birth, or home address to verify
your member information. Any information you provide to BCBSTX is
private and conidential and will not be shared with your employer.
