(COE) Network and with access to a dedicated orthopedic team, you can review your
treatment options. If you receive care within a designated Spine and Joint Center of
Excellence, you are covered 100% for your care after meeting your deductible. You can
engage a clinical specialist who can discuss your options within the Spine & Joint Centers of
