If you enroll in one of CommScope’s UHC medical plans, you will have access to online virtual visits. Where
available, you will be able to connect with a doctor for non-emergency care right from your mobile device or
computer without an appointment. You can even get a prescription sent to your local pharmacy. Appointments are
available 24/7 and take about 15 minutes.

The cost of a Virtual Visit is typically lower than being treated at a doctor’s ofice, urgent care center, or
emergency room.
