Earn wellness credits for your Vitality will give you Bonus Bucks. Use your Vitality Bucks to make
HRA or HSA purchases through the Vitality Mall. Have fun shopping.
Save on your 2017 medical Earn Wellness Credits for Your HRA or HSA

Spend Vitality Bucks at the Wellness Credits are applied to your HRA/HSA account once each
month. Please allow up to 45 days for your credit to be posted to your
Vitality Mall account. Members should keep their own record of which activities they
have completed and which activities have been funded.
Biometric screenings will be offered on-site (at some locations).
