Kaiser HMO Rx Prescription Drug Benefits Included Through
Coverage OptumRx
If you elect coverage in the Kaiser Coverage for prescription drugs is included in both the HRA and HSA
HMO you must obtain your plans through UnitedHealthcare’s prescription drug beneit provider,

OptumRx Pharmacy Participants in the HRA will pay a set copay for drugs from retail
For an up-to-date list of participating pharmacies ranging from $10 to $90 per prescription, depending on
pharmacies in the OptumRx network,
visit myuhc.com, log in and click on the prescription drug tier and the length of the prescription. Members
“Manage My Prescriptions”. of the High Deductible Health Plan pay the full discounted price of
the drug until the deductible is met. After the deductible, the member’s
responsibility is 20 percent until the out-of-pocket maximum is met. Once
you’ve satisied your out-of-pocket maximum, Nortek pays 100 percent
of the charges for the remainder of the plan year.
Once you enroll in a UnitedHealthcare plan, you’ll be able to ind out
speciics about particular drugs and their categories on the member site:
www.myuhc.com.
Note: Some large retail stores with pharmacies offer special generics
pricing programs (outside of insurance plans) some for as low as $4.
