Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has issued

Decree No. (5) of 2026 establishing the Dubai Central Grievances Committee to

strengthen justice, transparency, and governance within Dubai Government.

The decree has provided government employees with a structured opportunity

to appeal final administrative decisions affecting legal status, job roles, and

working conditions. The initiative has aimed to ensure fairness, impartiality, job
