spotted Jerome Harlan’s
truck at this year’s RatCity
Rukkus, we knew it
Fwas a little bit different
than your average rat rod. It
was something about the full
skirts on all four fenders that
made the truck look like it was
fl oating along like some kind of
rusty magic carpet. Once we
started digging into it, we knew
it was a LOT different. And
that’s why Jerome drove away
with the trophy for RRM’s pick
for Best Rat Rod at the 2017
Rukkus.
