Don’t look now, but here’s another COE. But this one
isn’t any old cabover. This one was built by the one and
only Crab Landry, one of our favorite builders and favorite
people in the rat rod world. His father once told him, “It’s
not what the car looks like, but how big a motor you can
shove in it.” Sounds reasonable enough. Crab’s ‘49 Dodge is
powered by a mid-mounted 454 Chevy and earns its keep by
occasionally hauling one of Crab’s many other rats around.

much anything. At age 21, this was already Avery’s 13th build. Impressive OWNER: AVERY
