            Body Modifi cations:
               First, I ripped the body and all original parts down,
            saving as many original parts for re-sale as possible
            (Needed to pinch pennies on this build, so I could afford
            to make it bad-a$$ in the fun areas). A lot of people are
            looking for the hard-to fi nd Chevy parts. So if you get
            one, make sure to disassemble with care. Before removing
            one, make sure to disassemble with care. Before removing
            the body off of the stock frame I reinforced it (with cross
            bracing) and did 4.5” chop. I left it on the original frame
            while doing this so it had as much structure as possible
            since it would be roofl ess and things can get stretched out
            of shape if not properly braced. I sectioned the rear window
            opening “up” 2.5” (allowing for a smaller 2” chop on the
            window itself, so the back window was still a useable size).
            Since the original internal structure was wood, I glued and
            welded all of the cut locations. The pillars lined up fairly well,
            so I didn’t have to pie cut or stretch the roof signifi cantly;
            which is often the case on any vehicles that have a little bit
            of rake to the front or rear pillars.
