crazy thing is, Phillip Haley’s ’30 Ford isn’t an
out -of-the-box in-your-face build, but instead a
budget-built beauty with all the traditional rat rod
stylings this feature is about. It wowed the public
voters with it’s style, stance, and yes – the orange
interior is an absolute eye-catcher.
One of the most iconic photo sets in

small-town car guy that this entire magazine
