When two, three or even more people want to buy the
same property – they compete for it. This pushes up
the price and ensures you are getting the best possible

Our job is to create competition among interested
buyers. No matter which method of sale you choose

buyers who see your property the better chance we
have of getting the premium buyer.
We will recommend the method we believe will achieve
the highest price, however ultimately, you the seller,
will choose the method which you feel most suits your
circumstances and your property
