Q10 are the most significant quality risks on a project. To highlight the importance of these
we have commenced a company-wide campaign on how to eliminate them and improve the
quality of all Sisk developments. The impact of this campaign is already being felt, with positive
changes being made.

Q1 - Steel coatings – Intumescent and other coatings Q6 - Uncontrolled joints

Q2 - Basement leaks Q7 - Drainage blockages

Q3 - Podium deck leaks Q8 - Tilling/marble – de-bonding and cracking

Q4 - Facades – water and glazing defects, renders Q9 - Mechanical and electrical - rain water pipes, pipe
cracking de-bonding/discolouration joints and fire dampers

Q5 - Roof leaks Q10 - Fire proofing - service penetrations, doors and
ironmongery, general detailing
