Speak up!
At Sisk,
we seek to operate in
an open, transparent and safe working
environment which enables and encourages staff to
speak up about issues that they are concerned about. You should
feel able to report anything that worries you to your line manager, HR, or to any
other member of the management team. However, we know that isn’t always possible. So, to
further demonstrate our commitment to conducting business to the highest moral and ethical
standards, we will be launching a new “Speak Up” policy and a telephone number that you
can report these issues to.
We have also recently published our statement demonstrating our support for the principles
in the Modern Slavery Act which can be found on our website and the commercial section
of the intranet.
We will also be launching a few other registers to support our existing policies
in 2017, including an electronic gifts and hospitality register,
and a record of conflicts of interest. We will let
you have details of these nearer
the time.
