A journal is like having the best attorney in the world, armed with all of his evidence, ready to serve your current discouragement an eviction notice. There’s really nothing like it!
Okay, so that second benefit develops over time. You’ll have to use your journal for a little while in order to build up some great stories. The beautiful thing is, every time you come upon a difficult situation, break out that journal. It feels like writing a story and you can’t wait to see how the ending is going to turn out!
How to Journal
Although journaling is simple, there is a process to provide you with the best results. First, here’s a few side tips:
 You don’t have to journal every day. Some days you just don’t have anything pressing to say. If you feel like you absolutely have to journal daily, it will just become a chore you’ll eventually dread and you’ll soon give it up altogether.
 The purpose of your journal is to document goals, feelings, questions, answers, inspirations and final outcomes.
 Ifpossibleandconvenient,bringyourjournalwithyou wherever you go. I have mine in my computer bag and it comes with me just about everywhere. I bring it anywhere I might receive inspiration or direction.
