MathCounts for All
MathCounts - Free Club program, more than compe��on, from basics to advanced. It is a program
designed for all math skill levels of students 6-8th grade. Math knowledge and scores are lower in the
US, than it has been in years, we have to work together to bring our students skills sets above other
states. It is vital to SC workforce. Grades 6 - 8

Solve an Absolute Value Equa�on Like No Other with Mul�ple Crea�ve Clever Ways to Do It
One of my new favorite ac�vi�es that involves using graphs, tables, factoring, the quadra�c formula, as
well as having students THINK! Students will need to reason analy�cally about absolute value equa�ons
and quadra�c equa�ons in ways that they have not been asked to do before. Mul�ple solu�on paths.
This will be a fun one! Grades 6 - 12
