Southeast Asia can be developed through the Social History
approach. Hopefully, the new study of the regional history of
Southeast Asia able to provide prominent contribution to the
development of the modern historical studies in the region.
Political or cultural fields of cooperation can widen the whole
of Southeast Asia in developing the study of regional history
of Southeast Asia. Thus, it is important that cooperation, on
the basis of the academic principles, should take place between
government agencies, universities, and research organizations,
in supporting the regional exchange program in the Southeast
Asian Historical Studies.
