HISTORY



                           Established in 1984, we are a key operator in our sector. With
                           over 85 staff, we continue to operate as a ‘family’ business,
                           retaining the values and service levels that have been the
                           foundations of an excellent reputation.

                           In August 2015 we were pleased to conclude an acquisition
                           agreement with Incentive FM Group Ltd. Whilst we remain
                           an independent and UK wide building service maintenance
                           company employing circa 67 multi-disciplined service
                           engineers, we now have the financial backing behind us to
                           enable us to grow our business. Providing resident and mobile
                           engineers throughout the UK, we offer a comprehensive
                           range of building  services maintenance programmes
                           tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients.

                           Our mobile fleet of engineers operate on a 24/7, 365 basis
                           and with all vehicles fitted with GPS tracking units we are
                           able to deliver live ETA information to clients and resident
                           teams.

                           With over 30 years of industry experience we have an
                           enviable record for employment of staff from the local
                           communities we work within.  Our low turnover of staff is
                           testament to our employee commitment and has enabled us
                           to invest significantly in the training of our operatives in the
    12                     key disciplines of gas, electricity, oil and air conditioning.


                           The Incentive FM Group Management structure is illustrated
                           below. This contract  will be  managed through Comserve
                           and will be represented at main board level via Mr. Chris
                           Windass.
