requirement of the service is delivered to exacting
standards.

Furthermore, the Account Team will be supported by the
Contract Manager, Account Director, our 24 x 7 mobile
engineering support team and our 24 x 7 helpdesk, all of
whom work together to provide an exceptional delivery and
demonstrate the value of the AIB contract to Comserve.
We are wholly confident that this structure, centred
around self- delivery, will achieve the objectives AIB has
for this relationship, whilst bringing commercial leverage,
stakeholder satisfaction and a best in class approach.
