Greetings, Top Ladies, Top Teens, Lords and Supporters:

It is my pleasure to serve as General Chairman of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Area
III South Cluster Host Chapters (Cardinal, Confluence, East St. Louis and St. Louis). I
welcome each of you.

Your host city, St. Louis, Missouri, known as the “Gateway City to the West” invites
each of you to enjoy and explore the many experiences it has to offer.

During your stay, we encourage you to take time to enjoy some of the many facets of
the city’s history, entertainment and fun! Enjoy the multitude of treasures that is a part of St. Louis – its unforget-
table attractions: the Blues and Jazz experience, the Sports Scene, the St. Louis Zoo, the Muny Opera and the
Gateway Arch – just to name a few.

Finally, I extend my sincere appreciation to the very capable Host Co-Chairs Ladies: Dorothy Fisher, Deloris
Green and Linda Logan along with the entire planning committee. They all have worked so diligently to ensure
the success of this event. A very special, heartfelt “Thank You” to our most dedicated, committed National Presi-
dent, Lady Drema Lee Woldman, for her continuous encouragement and guidance. She has navigated us through
this adventure with Enthusiasm, Energy and Excitement!

Ladies, Lords and Teens, please know that the Host Cluster has left no stones unturned to ensure that you, our
guest, leave St. Louis with a wealth of informative, productive and uplifting experience. We are not only rolling
out the Pink Carpet but the Blue Carpet as well “Just for You” !

Hopefully, the agenda that has been planned will energize you to return to your respective communities recon-
nected, recharged, and recommitted. For we all know that now, more than ever before, we must continue with the
vim and vitality we have displayed in the past.

We await your arrival with open arms. I look forward to meeting and greeting each of you as we “Invest in
