Ladies and Lords must register individually.
Early Bird Registration ends April 30, 2017 at 11:59 p. m. CST for Ladies, Lords and Chaperones. Late
fee applies after May 1, 2017.
Registration Payment Postmark
Mail in registration payments must be postmarked by May 1, 2017. As of May 2, 2017, the only payment
option is by credit card. Any payment not received by May 31, 2017, the registration will be cancelled on
June 1, 2017.
Refund Deadline
Registration deadline is June 1, 2017; $125.00 cancellation fee applies for all registrants. All refund requests
must be in writing and within the specified timeframe.

Ladies unable to attend the conference must make arrangements for their conference materials to be picked
up. No registration materials and other amenities will be mailed.
If you have dietary requirements, please inform registration.
Hotel
The hotel does not provide scooters or wheelchairs. There are only two wheelchairs on site and they are
for medical emergencies.
Please wear and/or bring comfortable shoes. The ballrooms are a nice walk from the sleeping area. A hos-
pitality room will be provided where ladies can sit and rest and not have to go back to their rooms. There
are also a lot of sitting places in the hotel lobby area and along the path to the meeting rooms.
Please contact hotel directly for special accommodations.
Hotel reservation deadline is May 24, 2017.
