                                 National Campaign Guidelines


                          (Excerpt from TLOD Standard Operating Procedures Manual 2015, Page 18)


               The National Nominating Committee shall deliver to the Election Committee the official slate

               during Syn-Lod.

               Candidates are not allowed to campaign prior to announcement  of the official slate during the
               Convention.


               A Campaign Room, Candidate’s Nook, will be available one day before voting.  Each candidate
               is allowed space in the candidate’s nook to distribute materials, speak to the delegates, etc.

               The Nook (“room”) will be open only after the official slate has been accepted by Convention
               delegates during the plenary session.  The “Nook” will be open the day of voting and will close
               after the official slate has been approved.

               A campaign forum, question and answer session, may be held for candidates to address the

               membership and for membership to address candidates.

               Campaign materials shall not be posted on walls, halls or elevators during Syn-Lod events, such
               as in chairs of delegates or chairs of eating events.
