Official Floor Nomination Form

Floor nominations may be received during the appropriate Syn-Lod Plenary Session. Nominees from
floor nominations must complete the Official Floor Nomination Form, meet all of the Candidate

Eligibility Requirements for the applicable National Position, and, must be properly certified by the
Nominating Committee and Financial Officers before being added to the Official Ballot.

The Official Floor Nomination Form is included on the next page of this Bulletin.
An editable version of the Form may be requested from the TLOD National Nominating Committee

POTENTIAL floor nominees are strongly encouraged to submit a completed Official Floor Nomination
Form to the TLOD National Nominating Committee Chair IN ADVANCE of Syn-Lod for PRE-
CERTIFICATION.

Pre-Certification does not replace the floor nomination process AT Syn-Lod. However, Pre-
Certification will allow the Nominating Committee Chair to review the floor nominee’s information

against the appropriate Candidate Eligibility Requirements, and, to request the necessary verifications
from National/Area Financial Officers prior to Syn-Lod. Pre-Certification prior to Syn-Lod will ensure
efficient and timely addition of certified floor candidates to the Official Ballot after the floor nominations
are made at Syn-Lod.

For Pre-Certification, please submit the completed and signed Official Floor Nomination Form to the
National Nominating Committee Chair, Lady Dorothy Fisher at spikedjf@aol.com by June 1, 2017. For
Forms received by the requested date, potential nominees will be advised of their eligibility status prior
to Syn-Lod.
