FOODPRO IS BACK ON THE CALENDAR
Registrations are open for Australia’s largest food and beverage manufacturing expo, foodpro 2023. When doors open on 23 July, it would have been four years since the last event, with the pandemic foiling attempts to hold the expo in the intervening years.
Held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, there will be 12 zones on the show floor representing steps in the food manufacturing process: Ingredients, Food Science & Technology; Processing Equipment, Plant Equipment, Packaging, and a new Traceability & Provenance Zone. There will also be Sensory Stations, with exhibitors providing a matrix of new tastes, flavours, colours, and experiences for attendees to inspire new ideas and product development.
Foodpro brings the latest innovations and technology from all around the world under the one roof, with leading manufacturing suppliers on hand to display new ways of production efficiency, cost savings, and finding your competitive edge.
This year’s event will feature a range of free seminars from industry experts and thought leaders, covering the latest developments and issues in food and beverage. These will be held in the Schneider Electric Dome Theatre on the show floor.
The Annual Convention of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology will also be held during foodpro, looking at the latest thinking in food technology and processing.
