Daikin’s national product manager, Raj Singh, said the new Stylish Controller introduces a unique concept which allows users and install- ers a new approach to air conditioning control and commissioning.
The various features and functions of the Styl- ish Controller provide maximum flexibility in use. Functions can be tailored according to the application.
For example the simple display allows hotel guests to easily control their comfort using the intuitive touch button control which provides direct access to a simplified list of functions such as on/off, fan speed, operation mode (cooling, heating, auto, etc) and airflow direction, leading to increased customer satisfaction.

The Stylish Controller also features Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connection of BLE 4.2 or high- er for connection to the Daikin App for Installer to enable easier commissioning, configuration & enhanced functionality.
Not only do the simple visual interface and menus make system field settings fast and easy, the Daikin App for Installer can be used to con- figure the controller in advance, meaning less time required on-site.
Other advanced user functions on the app in- clude Setback, Setpoint Range Limit & Key/ Function Lock (disabling buttons & functions on the controller).

DAIKIN AUSTRALIA HAS released its latest line up of air purifiers with Streamer technology which significantly improves indoor air quality.
Daikin’s latest addition to its range of Stream- er air purifiers, the MC30, delivers optimised in- door air quality (IAQ) for healthy living.
Daikin Australia’s national marketing man- ager, Dan Tosh, said the purifier stands at only 450mm high.
“The new MC30 is a compact and affordable model ideal for smaller rooms up to 46m2 such as bedrooms and studies,” he said.
“Equipped with Daikin’s patented Streamer Technology and the new Fresh Mode, the MC30 is yet another Daikin solution aimed at Perfect-
ing the Air and providing comfortable, clean and healthy living environments.”
Streamer Technology is designed to continuously capture, suppress and break down bacteria, odours and pollut- ants that cause poor IAQ such as mould, pollen, allergens, formaldehyde, traffic pollution and dust.
