Planning A Funeral
A funeral represents a unique meaningful opportunity to reflect on a life that has been lived, and to honor
the memory of that life for family and friends. Funerals provide a time for human interaction in its deepest
sense. You and your loved ones are at the very center of the process, and the choices you make will deter-
mine a funeral’s significance for you. By participating in the arrangement conference you will help create a
meaningful experience for everyone.
WHAT IS THE ARRANGEMENT CONFERENCE?
The arrangement conference is an opportunity to meet with the funeral director and discuss all aspects concerning
funeral arrangements. You should plan on the arrangement lasting 1 to 2 hours.

To ensure that one of our funeral directors is immediately available and can devote the personal attention and time
needed to make the arrangements, WE REQUEST THAT YOU CALL TO SCHEDULE A MUTUALLY CONVENIENT ARRANGE-
MENT TIME. Although the vast majority of arrangement conferences are handled at our funeral home during business
hours, we are available to come to your residence or meet in the evenings or weekends. One of our funeral directors is
always on call twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year.
The choices you make will determine a funeral’s significance for you.
