VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER OF CHOICE
Be sure to check that it is:
√ Organic √ Sugar free √ Has less than 5-6 g carbs / serve
Steer clear of whey protein powder if you have bloating issues or acne. Whey protein and milk derived ingredients can be highly inflammatory. My favourite ones that work well with my recipes are below.

MAYONNAISE
If buying a mayonnaise, you want to look for one that has a small ingredients list, no added sugar and olive oil as the oil of choice. Exactly like the ingredients in the mayonnaise pictured below, it’s my favourite!
