Statement of Expenditures & Funds -

This is how much you’ll be expected to pay and when. It’s
important. Make sure you understand it and ask questions if you
have them. For Westhall—the dues are billed quarterly
(January, April, July, October)as follows:
$ 109.44 Operating Expenses

$ 3.56 Reserve Contribution

$ 113.00 Total (All Homes)

The Attached Homes (Marquette & Joliet Court) pay for
additional operating and reserve expenses. Those fees are:

$ 108.50 Attached Home Operating

$ 167.50 Attached Home Reserve

$ 286.00 Total Attached Home Dues

$ 389.00 Total Dues Per Quarter
Reserve Study & Budget

The Association’s reserve study and budget detail the expenses
anticipated in the near and long term future. The budget
shows—on an itemized schedule—exactly how the association
dues are used to provide the members with services required by
the association’s documents.
