SERVICES
Trash Removal & Recycling
Trash removal services and recycling are provided by the
community association. Trash Service is provided weekly on
WEDNESDAY. Recycling services are provided every other
week, also on Wednesday.

Snow Removal
Snow removal for the majority of roads in Westhall is provided
by VDOT. The snow removal of Rella Court is included in the
responsibilities of the homeowners association.
The removal of snow from Marquette and Joliet Court is also
provided to the attached homeowners, along with removal of the
snow from the sidewalks adjacent to the parking area.
Snow removal is coordinated by the management company and
a copy of the snow plan is available on the owner’s portal.

Va. Asphalt Services
Common Area Services
Additional services provided over the common areas include the
maintenance of the playground on Marquette Court, any
maintenance required to the community entrance/monument
sign, and the maintenance of the lighting associated thereto.
