What do my dues cover?

Easily the most popular question when dealing with a
homeowners association.
All associations have administrative responsibilities—filing
taxes, registration with DPOR & the SCC, registered agent fees.
Also, your community has required insurance coverages that
are included as part of your community dues.

Additionally—your community association covers:

 Management

 Social Activities

 Common Area Landscaping—mowing, mulching, turf
maintenance, leaf removal
 Playground Maintenance (Marquette Court)

 Common utilities—electric for sign; water services

 Trash Removal Services
 Snow Removal of Rella Court

 Reserves (per the Reserve Study—which can be provided
upon request).

 Attached Houses (Marquette & Joliet) also receive:
 Lawn Maintenance on Lot

 Roof Repairs & Replacement
