Production of this manuscript was well under way when
the latest allegations against Michael Jackson were made pub-
lic. At that point we decided to move up the release date be-
cause of the sudden demand for the book. Because of this, we
want to apologize to the reader for any errors in production
that may have occurred.
To respect the privacy of the then 13-year old boy we have
decided not to identify him by name.
