Introduction

It is now ten years after the child molestation allegations
against Michael Jackson hit the news, and there are millions of
people who feel the whole truth concerning the case has not
yet been told. After the media hype subsided, after all the break-
ing news stories ceased, there still remains a sense of incom-
pleteness concerning what happened. Usually when someone
commits a crime and has two county District Attorney's of-
fices on their trails, there is generally an arrest and the person
is at least brought to trial, if not justice. Since no charges were
brought against Michael Jackson, the only conclusion to this
case was that the civil charge was settled out of court for an
undisclosed amount of money. Since no formal charges were
ever brought against Michael Jackson, there are a lot of intelli-
gent people all over the world that believe he was shafted.
It is my position that Michael Jackson was innocent of the
allegations of child molestation based on the facts I will put
forth in this book. I saw behavior, heard statements and saw
documents that were more consistent with someone carrying
out an elaborate extortion scheme than someone trying to pur-
                           sue justice.
I have been trying for ten years to get this information out
to the public. During the investigation, I stepped forward and
provided this information to the defense investigation team.
When the case settled, the information that I provided which
would have come out in a court trial, did not reach the public.
I was at a loss as to how to go about getting this information
out to the public's attention so they could know what I have
known all along-that Michael Jackson was innocent of the
