gator, to make his innocence known to the world and assure
his millions of fans, nationally and internationally, that he
would be found innocent of the horrific charges against him.
As of this date, Michael Jackson has never been charged with
child molestation stemming from the 1993 allegations.
There were a lot of things about Michael Jackson being re-
ported on the news and in the tabloids that were simply not
true and, likewise, there were a lot of factual events that went
unreported that were crucial in this case. A lot of the false in-
formation that was reported worldwide caused millions of
people to believe that Michael Jackson was guilty of the single
allegation of child molestation. Since then, Michael Jackson has
made a lot of adjustments in his life, in my opinion, trying to
live down the negative publicity that he endured. To a person
who does not care about their image or being a role model,
public scrutiny is not that important. But to a man that has
always cared about his image, life-style, and being a role
model... false negative publicity is mentally, physically and
emotionally damaging to an innocent man-I don't care how
strong his public image is.
No one should have to down play and cater to negative
publicity just to regain a sense of emotional stability in their
life. Justice is supposed to give the real victims the opportu-
nity for closure and healing.
It is time for the truth surrounding the Michael Jackson
child molestation allegations to be told. It is time to set the
record straight.

The first thing that raised my suspicion that something was
wrong in Mr. Rothman's office was the incredible amount of
secrecy he maintained from all his employees when it came to
the Chandler case. Instead of the usual activities that happened
during most cases, the Chandler case began to look more like
scheming and plotting. My suspicion caused me to begin mak-
ing notes of events in my monthly calendar book as they were
