PERSONALITY IS A REFLECTION OF PRIORITIES

Personality is to a man what fragrance is to

a flower and this is very much guarded by
      a man’s priorities.
Have you ever given it a thought that why
are we always asked to think big in life?
Even if we don’t have enough resources to
accomplish our dreams and sometimes we almost
dither about the path to be followed to achieve it,
then also our parents and our well-wishers motivate us to aim high.

This is because they are aware of the fact that although thinking Big
in life doesn’t always lead to achieving big in life but one thing which
we can sure of is that it helps us to set our priorities right.
Let me cite one more instance: whenever we happen to meet a person
for the first time and we wish to be friends with him or her, what’s the
       first
step to be taken by us? We usually initiate a conversation by asking a
few questions to them about their own life and we give a brief
introduction of ours! Out of many questions which we may ask, one
of the mundane questions would be” what are your hobbies?” when
we go for an interview, why is this usual question asked to us: “What
      are your hobbies?”
Actually, our hobbies reflect our static priorities, those priorities
which don’t change with time. They give us an idea about what kind
of person we will when we grow up. They tell people about our innate
       qualities and character.
I would like to conclude with Gandhiji’s saying “Actions express
priorities.” What we do, makes our personality and what we do
depends on the priorities we set in life. So, in order to have a good
personality, set right priorities, in life.
