Limited Edition Bear
In addition to the Merrythought small bear illustrated,
two other adverts appeared on the back cover of
Collections & Reflections magazine.

Published as the Winter Edition 1998
The replica bear ad quotes a 36” bear
that would include firefighting
uniform, (no helmet) & boots.
The small ‘plush’ bear was a collectible
bear and made in a limited edition.
The current bear that’s sold from the
online shop is a slightly more
attractive version of the same model
of plush 11” mascot bear and is reduced
in price following the early limited edition.
Essentially it is the same bear but
he now has a new manufacturer.
and is a toy and a collectable.
