Founder Bear
• ‘Founder Bear’ is currently MIA (Missing in
Action) & MPL (Missing Presumed Loved).
• Male 23, he stands about three feet tall. He
was last seen wearing a navy blue fire fighting
No 1 dress uniform, Cromwell F500 yellow
fire helmet with two stripes of a Sub Officer’s
rank markings. His tunic was adorned with
fire brigade badges, medals and patches and
he wore distinctive ‘Vibram pattern’ soled
leather climbing boots.
• Could he be hiding in the woods? or in a
valuable bear collection (Hug) somewhere?
No ransom note was received and all ports
have been alerted, so too major collectors.
• He’s a Celebrity Bear and needs to come out
of hiding briefly for his charity’s 75 th
Anniversary and to congratulated him on his
fundraising ability and to celebrate his bear
successor for his 21 years as Official Mascot.
