provides extensive courthouse research to the properties we market. Matt produces
professional topographic and aerial mapping along with detailed home and building
footprint schematics to be included on all websites and MLS’s.

Teresa Bostic is Foxfire’s Corporate Administrator and has closed hundreds and hundreds
of real estate sales in her 20+ year’s working as a Paralegal for Real Estate attorneys. Teresa’s
background includes preparing a full-range of closing documents including complicated
estate settlement forms, deeds, title searches, protective covenants, etc.
