THEORY AND PRACTICAL TEST
Each Trainee namely machine operators and technicians were individually tested on both
machine models and have been evaluated based on their performance, specially machine
operators.
Please see the following documents attached with this report.

MAINTENANCE AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Basic Maintenance and some Safety Precautions have been taught to the trainees such as:-
Maintenance
➢ How and where to oil the machines.
➢ How frequent and where to Grease the machine.
➢ Where and how to clean both machines.
➢ Only Tajima Oil must be use.
Safety Precautions
➢ During Operations do not put hands near the moving parts of the machine.
➢ Machine operators should communicate to each other specially when working on TFSN
920 model, as machine is quite long.
➢ Do not leave any material such as broken Needle, Screw driver or scissors on the
machine table during operation.
➢ Turn off machine before any repairs.
