NEW EMBROIDERY METHOD
• I noticed the steps in the production line was too long, so I came with a new technique
after observation based on the customer`s production to reduce manpower and to increase
efficiency. With this new Method, their production has drastically improved and the
customer was overwhelmed with the positive result.
• The General Manager of Adama Garment Industry Mr. Gasshaw Tarekegn humbly
requested me to edit all their existing designs as there were lots of mistakes. I agreed and all
designs were corrected and tested as per the customer requirements.
Embroidery Design after Editing
The Customer was very happy with the end result, not only with the designs, but with
both machines performance and embroidery quality.
