EMBROIDERY TEST REPORT

I compared both Tajima embroidery machine and the customer existing embroidery machine

brand (Northphenix) as per customer request in order to see their differences by using their

own design.

• The first test done on Tajima Embroidery Machine, after doing some editing on the

customer`s design and tested using our Thread (Brand Isalon) and applying my new

method.

• The Second Test was carried out on the customer`s existing machine brand namely

(Northphenix) and using their poor quality embroidery thread and applying their
Embroidery Method.

GENERAL REMARKS

• As from the first week, I encountered few problems regarding the unpacking of both

machines, as the customer did not arrange for a crane lorry, thus resulting a delay of the
installation. Eventually on the second week, the TFMX II C908 machine was remove and

unpacked from its metal casing using man power as requested by the customer. On the third

week, the setup of the TFSN 920 was done as a lorry crane was available. This event caused
a delay in the Machine and Software Training schedule which I had to modify and adjusted

several times.
