1. Please be noted that the Reginal Preliminary competition (Macao) Schedule Announcement will

be posted on our Facebook Page on 29, March, 2019.

2. Order of performance will be decided by Competition Committee through random selection.
3. Any applicant who knowingly submitted inaccurate or misleading information will be disqualified.

4. Participants are required to be neat and appropriately dressed at all times during the competition.

5. Participants must present a valid passport or identity card for registration, and DO remember to

bring “3 copies” of own choice sheet music for our jury’s reference. Anyone who has no/not

enough sheet music copies, the total score will be reduced 5 points.

6. Participants are encouraged to play from memory. If competitors need to use sheet music while

performing, the must use an original.

7. Participants must report at the competition venue no later than their scheduled time (no more than

15 minutes). Participants who arrives later than their scheduled time for the competition may be
disqualified.

8. Auxiliary pedal will be provided in the competition. Parents or teacher is required to install it on

the stage if the participant need it.

9. Prize Presentation Ceremony will be held on 6-7, April, 2019. Please refer to our Facebook Page

announcement on 29, March for details. The awarded contestants are obliged to attend the diploma

and award giving ceremony, otherwise they’ll lose the right to the prize.

10. Each participant hereby gives Competition Committee permission to record, use, duplicate, and

modify creatively, derivative works for public display of the participant's performance in the

competitions.
11. Competition Committee will send the relevant information, fees and details of the Japan final to

the finalists.

12. Decision made by panel judges is final and should not be disputed.
