Making Your Mark (Gr 3-4) VS09C19
Ever try painting with a 3 foot long paint brush? How about painting upside down? Participants will draw inspiration from famous artists and their own minds as they learn to paint in entirely new ways. Aspiring artists also experiment with a variety of painting styles as they learn to truly make marks their own. This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends.

Building Up And Taking Away (Gr 5-8) VS09D19
There are many ways to make art that isn’t flat! From building up objects to create height in a sculpture to carving away material to make a printed impression, artists are constantly adding and taking away from their pieces. Come explore the most interesting addition and subtraction you’ve ever seen! This program culminates in an exhibit on Friday for family and friends.
