MBX Die Blaster Set

• High-performance system with pneumatic drive machine and pa-
tented acceleration rod
• For rapid and efficient working on problem zone such as folds and
flanging edges (doors, trunks, hoods), on the wheel arch as well as
at difficultly accessible places of the motor vehicle
• Removes resistant rust, sealants, varnishes, underseals, scale
• The Blaster rod acts in the same way as an impact accelerator at
which the Blaster band develops full speed at an angle of 70°
• Patented air cooling increases the durability of the Blaster bands
thus overheating of the bands is avoided and damages/traces on the
surface are not generated due to heat
• Low speed (2,500 rpm) and light-weight design (1.1 kg) provide for
high occupational safety and easy, flexible handling
• It is possible to influence the surface roughness as well as the power
by easy removing of the acceleration rod
