Lori LeBas is senior vice president, affiliate marketing and
operations for the company’s affiliate sales and marketing division.
She is accountable for the marketing impact on the growth and
success of the Disney and ESPN Media Networks businesses
including cable networks, broadband, video on demand, pay per
view and all emerging media businesses plus director to consumer
platform partner marketing. She also leads technical and
operational projects advancing the content distribution business
and manages engagement across The Walt Disney Company and
with distribution partners on product integration and existing
LORI service expansion including live streaming products. She leads
creation of cross-functional business requirements for new
LEBAS products and all project management efforts and oversight of all
post- sales processes for content distribution for all platforms.

SVP, Prior to her current role, Lori was senior vice president, strategy
and business operations for the company’s sales and marketing
Affiliate Partnership division overseeing global advertising sales operations team
Development responsible for all post-sales processes for television, digital and
& Operations magazine and oversight of the affiliate operations team
responsible for all post-sales processes for content distribution for
television and digital platforms.

She joined ESPN in 2000 as director, affiliate sales development
and operations. She is currently a mentor in many internal and
external mentoring programs and serves as the Executive Advisor
for the WICT New England Chapter and the Executive Champion
for ESPN’s Young Professionals Employee Resource Group. In
2012 Lori was named by MultiChannel News as one of the twelve
annual recipients of its Wonder Woman Award, recognizing
significant contributions to the cable industry and in September
2019 she was again named a Wonder Woman, recognizing her
significant contributions in the DMVPD and OTT space.
Lori received her undergraduate degree in Economics and
German from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Mass. She
is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute and the
CTAM Executive Development Program at Harvard University.
She is an avid traveler, certified yoga teacher and marathon
runner. She lives in Connecticut with her husband Sean and looks
forward to frequent visits with her son and daughter-in-law in
Stockholm, Sweden.
