As executive vice president and chief financial officer of Walt
Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer & International (DTCI) segment,
Justin Warbrooke is responsible for the overall management and
coordination of finance operations globally, line of business
financial planning and analysis, as well as long-term strategic
planning.
Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer & International segment includes
Disney’s international media operations stretching from Europe to
Asia to Latin America and the Company’s direct-to-consumer
streaming businesses, including the Disney+ service set to debut
in the U.S. in late 2019 and ESPN+ which was launched in April
JUSTIN 2018. DTCI also houses global advertising sales and ad
WARBROOKE technology for Disney media properties which include ABC, ESPN,
Freeform, FX Networks, National Geographic, and the Disney
Channels. The Company’s content sales operations—including
EVP, global distribution of film and TV content to Disney+, Hulu and
Chief Financial other third-party platforms, as well as Movies Anywhere—are also
Officer part of the Direct-to-Consumer & International business segment.
Direct-to-Consumer
& International Warbrooke previously served as senior vice president of Disney’s
Corporate Strategy Group responsible for identifying profitable
growth opportunities for The Walt Disney Company by targeting
emerging businesses new to Disney’s existing portfolio, evaluating
new technology and business models, and executing all mergers
and acquisitions.
Warbrooke received his Bachelor of Commerce degree with
Honors from Auckland University. He is based in Burbank,
California.
