Developing products that satisfy customers is important,

and the decisions and activities associated with the
physical distribution of products, such as order processing,
materials handling, warehousing, inventory management,
and transportation. CHAPTER 14 explores retailing and
wholesaling, including types of retailers and wholesalers,
direct marketing and selling, and strategic retailing issues.
