Toaster. I tried to make my papers look longer by using
2-inch margins and a 14-point font. At my lowest point, I

turned in a report in 15-point Star Trek font on lime-

green paper. A caring instructor saw that I had a

problem and helped me turn my formatting around. Now,

I know how to format a document properly and every

paper that I turn in looks professional.

               Printing and Presenting Your Document

When the document has been revised and proofread, print it out on

good-quality 8½ × 11-inch white paper. To hold the pages together,

place a single paper clip in the upper left corner. Do not staple your

document or put it in a report cover unless your professor instructs

               otherwise.
