You find that you have inherited an old trunk from a great-uncle that
you never knew you had. It is a large trunk containing an intriguing
assortment of items. Do some prewriting to imagine what those items
are; then classify the items into three groups that have a common
basis for classification. For example, if you were classifying them
according to value, your groups might include items with no value,
items with sentimental value, and items with monetary value. Or you
might imagine you have found a trunk full of sports memorabilia and
classify the items according to sport (e.g., baseball, football, and
basketball). Use your imagination and have fun!
