               Average value of a sinusoidally varying quantity over one cycle is zero
               because for the first half cycle current flows in the positive direction and for

               the second half cycle same current flows in the negative direction, i.e., in the
               opposite direction.
                  Average value has to be calculated by considering one-half cycle as
